If you run a small business (or any business for that matter) there is a very good article from CNNMONEY.com that explains reasons why companies should not only rely on Google for their online sales. As it says in the article, for online sales, it is not so much how many hits or visitors a site gets but it is how many of those return to use the site on a repeated basis.
Please read the article here.

Everyone needs a little motivation every once in a while. Whether you are in a bad situation, have had a loss, or you are just not where you think you should be, we all can name a specific song that when we listen to it, it gives us that extra determination to get through whatever it is holding us up. As many of you know my current situation, I sometimes need something that tells me everything will be better. Recently I have loved listening to “Rise Above This” by Seether. Below is a stanza and one of the choruses from the song…
“Take the light, undarken everything around me
Call the clouds and listen closely I’m lost without you
Call your name every day when I feel so helpless
I’ve fallen down but I’ll rise above this, rise above this
Call your name every day when I feel so helpless
I’ve fallen down but I’ll rise above this, rise above this
Call your name every day when I seem so helpless
I’ve fallen down, and I’ll rise above this, rise above this doubt…”

Monday was indeed my return to school and work since May of this year. It was a long day but it was nice to get back and see old friends and collegues. On Mondays and Tuesdays I have a job that lasts until 9 pm, so that always makes for a long day on campus when I arrive there around 8 am. More new classes to go to today.
Good luck to everyone in school for a sucessful school year!
